Double Lock Method - Settlement Correction Work

There are two main methods for settlement correction. 1. The method of raising from the foundation installed on the building's base. 2. The method of raising from beneath the building's foundation. The first method only has the effect of correcting settlement. It is not recommended due to the need for anchor cutting and foundation chipping. The second method allows for not only settlement correction but also continuous settlement suppression measures through support piles or ground improvement up to the ground support layer. Our company offers the following methods for raising from beneath the foundation as part of settlement correction work: - Steel pipe pile driving method (underpinning) - Double lock method (liquid injection method) - Pressure plate method - House lifting and raising method The steel pipe pile driving method and double lock method are techniques that can prevent future re-settlement. Additionally, all methods can be carried out while maintaining the living condition without having to move out. The construction cost of the double lock method is about half that of the steel pipe pile driving method.
